Candidates can register for both Online and Open and Distance Learning (ODL) programmes through the official website of IGNOU.
NEW DELHI: The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the admission dates for the January session till February 28, 2023. Candidates who have not applied till now for the online and ODL programmes can fill out the application form through the official website – ignou.ac.in.
IGNOU's official website reads: "Admission Link for Online Programmes ODL and Merit based ODL Programmes for January 2023 Session date extended till 28th February 2023."

IGNOU has extended the January 2023 session application deadline multiple number of times. While applying, a non-refundable registration fee will be charged along with the programme fee for the first semester or year at the time of admission.
In a particular admission cycle, the facility for fee exemption available to SC and ST students can be claimed for only one programme. If a candidate submits more than one application claiming fee exemption, then all the applications will be rejected.

After the confirmation of admission, eligible students also can apply for government scholarships on the national scholarship portal at, scholarships.gov.in.

- Visit the official website- ignou.ac.in.
- Click on the admission link from the alerts section.
- Complete the registration process with the required details.
- Then fill out the application form, upload the necessary documents and pay the application fees.
- Download and take a printout of the application form.
