NEW DELHI:
Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has released hall tickets for the BEd and BSc Nursing entrance examination on its official website. IGNOU is conducting the entrance tests for management programmes (OPENMAT-XLVIII), BEd programme, and post-basic BSc Nursing programme on April 11, 2021, Sunday, from 10 AM to 1 PM. The IGNOU OPENMAT 2021 will be held at 120 examination centres, accommodating 40,170 students.

Candidates who have applied for the BEd and post-basic BSc Nursing examination can download their IGNOU OPENMAT 2021 hall ticket by entering the login credentials like the control number/ mobile number and date of birth on the official website of IGNOU - ignou.ac.in. In case students are unable to download the IGNOU OPENMAT hall ticket 2021, they can contact the regional centre and obtain a printout of the hall ticket from the regional centre.
On the day of the examination, as per the instruction of the university, candidates should report to the examination centre 45 minutes before the commencement of the IGNOU OPENMAT entrance examination (i.e. 9:15 AM).
NOTE: Request for change of examination centre will not be entertained. Permission to appear for the entrance examination is provisional and subject to the eligibility criteria laid down by the university.

How to download the IGNOU OPENMAT hall ticket
Step 1: Visit the official website of IGNOU OPENMAT 2021- ignou.ac.in.
Step 2: From the home page alert section, find and click on the link called “Hall Tickets for BEd, OPENMAT, Post Basic (Nursing Program) entrance test for January 2021 session'.
Step 3: It will redirect you to the new page. From there you have to choose the required course such as,

Step 4: On the IGNOU OPENMAT login page, candidates have to enter their control number or mobile number and date of birth.
Step 5: Next, click on the search button to get the IGNOU OPENMAT 2021 hall ticket.
Step 6: Finally, download the hall ticket and take a printout of the same for your future reference.
OPENMAT exam day instructions for students

Students have to carry a Blue/ Black ballpoint pen to mark the answers on the OMR sheet.

Cell phones, calculators, pagers, electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited inside the OPENMAT examination hall.
