The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad is starting a two-year Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme at its Dubai campus. The course is ideal for experienced professionals who want to develop leadership and business management skills.
Emeritus will help with the promotion of the new programme, while IIM Ahmedabad’s Dubai campus will manage the academic activities. IIM Ahmedabad Dubai will continue to run its existing one-year MBA and General Management Programme along with the newly launched two-year Executive MBA.
Speaking about the new Executive MBA, Bharat Bhasker, Director, IIM Ahmedabad , said, “Professionals today are expected to lead with strategic depth and a global outlook, yet most learning formats are not designed for someone already holding that responsibility. The executive blind spot is real; leaders are expected to acquire new capabilities but cannot step away from the roles they have worked hard to earn.”
