While speaking about the IIMB Placements 2023, IIM Bangalore, chairperson, career development services, Debolina Dutta said:" The acumen of our EPGP cohort this year was well appreciated by all the recruiters who evaluated them. This manifested in a significant increase in the number of top firms visiting for the placement process and the average compensation they offered to our students. I am sure our students will continue to do us proud and excel in their chosen careers.”
Talking about the placement statistics, EGP class, placement representative, Chadan Salla, said: "In spite of the fear about the economic slowdown and global recession, we had a fruitful placement season this year, with record statistics in average and median compensation. We have attracted the highest-ever new recruiters this year with our continuous industry engagement activities throughout the year. The interest shown by the recruiters is a testimony to brand EPGP. With 5+ years of industry experience, the students are clear on the roles to target and that helped to find companies which fit the cohort’s experience and expectations. The diverse cohort, case-based pedagogy, and abundant networking opportunities, through international immersion and industry connect sessions, enrich the experience of learning at EPGP.”
