Aim of executive leadership programme

“Aiming to convert ‘Small Health Care Organizations’ to ‘Smart Health Care Organizations’ the course will focus on the practical aspects of driving growth and profits in a hospital,” the statement added.

It will cover key areas, including hospital infrastructure, innovation, management strategies, digital health technologies, continuous quality improvement, emerging care models, disruptive innovations, and explore new revenue streams.

IIM Raipur director Ram Kumar Kakani, while expressing his delight, highlighted the need for the programme. “It is a day of great pleasure as both the institutions have recognized Micro, Small, and Medium Hospitals (MSMHs) as having a critical role in driving equitable access to India’s healthcare system and making it sustainable for all citizens. In this context, the gap that needs to be filled quickly is the lack of actionable insights into the emerging digital health paradigm.  Hence, we have co-developed this executive program to upskill the senior management further and unlock massive transformative doors.”
