The Indian Institute of Management Raipur (IIM Raipur) has launched a Business Accelerator programme in collaboration with the National SC, ST Hub (NSSH), Ministry of MSME, government of India. The programme aims to empower aspiring Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) entrepreneurs, and support small business owners by equipping them with skills, knowledge, and support for scaling their work.
Eligible candidates can apply for the Business Accelerator programme through the official website at iimraipur.ac.in before December 15, 2025.
Individuals above 18 years of age and possessing a graduation degree are eligible to apply for the blended online programme. The course combines immersive on-campus sessions at IIM Raipur with live online classes.
Women participants will be given preference. However, applicants with ‘trading’ as a major activity in Udyam registration are not eligible, according to an official press release.

“The total program fee of Rs 99,000 plus GST is fully sponsored under the NSSH scheme, and participants are required to pay only a registration fee of Rs 7,500 inclusive of GST, making it a highly accessible opportunity for entrepreneurs seeking structured support to grow their enterprises,” the management institute said.
The institute will begin classes for the online programme from January 17, 2026. The programme offers 72 hours of structured instruction and 18 hours of dedicated mentoring by IIM Raipur faculty, industry leaders, and seasoned practitioners.
It ensures a transformative and growth-driven learning experience for every participant. The programme will help participants strengthen their financial decision-making, and improve knowledge on digital tools for operational efficiency.
“Through concept sessions, case discussions rooted in MSME realities, hands-on exercises, and one-on-one mentoring clinics, entrepreneurs will work directly on their business challenges and develop clear 90–180 day action roadmaps,” the institute said.
Sanjeev Prashar, director-in-charge, IIM Raipur stated: “Through this Business Accelerator Program, IIM Raipur aims to create a structured pathway for SC/ST entrepreneurs to strengthen their business foundations and scale with confidence. This initiative, developed in collaboration with the National SC-ST Hub, brings together academic rigor, practical insights, and personalised mentoring to equip participants with the capabilities needed to compete in today’s evolving market landscape."
This program will also provide participants with opportunities to explore new markets, understand government procurement processes, and build valuable networks with peers, mentors, and ecosystem partners who can support their entrepreneurial journey.
