IIM Sirmaur Placements 2023: Highest package at Rs 64 lakh; Over 250 job offers made

As many as 16 students have received international job offers from multinationals and FMCG companies, IIM Sirmaur said.
NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Sirmaur has started the placement session for the 2023 year. As per an IIM Sirmaur statement, the students of the institute have received over 250 job offers from more than 100 companies. The highest compensation offered so far is Rs 64 lakh, the statement said.
IIM Sirmaur this year saw over 100 companies across sectors including FMCG, BFSI, manufacturing, consulting, ed-tech, HR, tourism, E-commerce and logistics among others offering jobs to its students. Moreover, 16 students from IIM Sirmaur have received international job offers from leading multinationals and FMCG companies.

The Director of IIM Sirmaur, Dr Prafulla Agnihotri happy at this remarkable feet said: "The institute has recorded a significant percent increase in international placement statistics both in terms of package and diversity. We are delighted that once again the top companies of the country and the MNCs have reposed their faith in our students.”

The hard work put in by our students and the quality business education imparted by the Institute is reflected in these placement results,” the IIM Sirmaur director added.

IIM Sirmaur is an Institution of National Importance set up by the Government of India in 2015. The institute offers two MBA programmes – one in general management and the other with a specialisation in Tourism and Hospitality Management and a full-time, residential doctoral programme. “The pedagogy followed by IIM Sirmaur offers the same standards of rigour as the other older IIMs,” the institute statement said.
