IIM Udaipur begins flagship MBA batch 2023-25 with 360 students; highest enrollment ever
IIM Udaipur organised inauguration ceremony for 2023-25 batch of flagship two-year MBA programme and distributed awards to students.

NEW DELHI : The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Udaipur inaugurated the 12th batch of its two-year flagship MBA programme with the highest enrollment of 360 students for the academic session 2023-25. The institute also distributed scholastic awards to best-performing students of the first-year MBA batch of 2022-24 and director’s awards to other students.
IIM Udaipur director professor Ashok Banerjee addressed the inauguration ceremony while BCG managing director and senior partner Alpesh Shah was the chief guest at the event. The director congratulated the students. Shah shared his life learnings and asked students to make the most of their two years at IIM Udaipur.

Professor Banerjee said, “You have been dreaming about this for a long time. Your hard work and efforts have made you attain a seat in one of the most prestigious management institutes in the country. You are the future of the country, and we have huge expectations from you. I firmly believe in the fact that every batch has to be better than the previous batch, and you all are.”
“Students here undergo a transformational journey and discover their unique selves. You all are individuals with unique identities, and you have got the opportunity to reinvent yourself by learning managerial skills and using them in the best possible manner. You will make mistakes in the process, and we are there to support you. Define your journey with IIMU and help us attain our vision 2030 of high-quality research and student transformation,” he added.
Professor Debanjan Mitra, chairperson of 2-year MBA programme, proceeded the event and professor Shobhit Aggarwal gave a vote of thanks.
