IIMC first merit list 2021 expected to be released by September 20

NEW DELHI: Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC) has released a notification stating that the first IIMC merit list 2021 is likely to be released by September 20. As per the official notification, the first IIMC 2021 merit list for all PG diploma courses may be declared between September 15 to 20.

Candidates who took the entrance examination can check the first IIMC merit list 2021 by visiting the official website - iimc.gov.in. The National Testing Agency (NTA) declared the IIMC result 2021 on September 7.

This year, there is no interview and group discussion round for admission to PG diploma programmes offered by the institute. Thus, the IIMC merit list 2021 will be prepared based on the candidate’s performance in the entrance examination and choice of courses filled in the application form.

IIMC 2021 merit list will be released in the PDF format. The IIMC first merit list 2021 will mention various details such as candidate’s name, category, roll number, programmes applied for, deadline for admission fee, mode of payment, total marks and marks secured by them in the entrance examination.

How to check the IIMC merit list 2021?

• Visit the official website - iimc.gov.in.
• Click on the ‘IIMC Merit List 2021’ tab.
• The IIMC merit list will be displayed on the screen.
• Now, candidates can go through the merit list to see if they have been shortlisted or not.

Shortlisted candidates will have to confirm their admission by remitting the required fee within the stipulated time. If candidates fail to pay the admission fee before the deadline, they might lose their claim for the admission.

IIMC entrance exam 2021 was conducted for enrolling students to 8 PG diploma programmes in advertising and public relations, radio and TV journalism, English journalism, Hindi journalism, Odia journalism, Marathi journalism, Malayalam journalism and Urdu journalism.

IIMC 2021 admission started on July 20 with the release of application forms for all PG diploma programmes. The last date to fill and submit the IIMC application form 2021 was August 15. The IIMC 2021 admit card was released on August 22. The IIMC 2021 entrance exam was conducted on August 29, in computer based mode.
