IIT Roorkee Placement 2023: Number of job offers rises to 593; 105 recruiters by day 4

IIT Roorkee Placements: 16 companies including Reliance, Samsung, 91 Square Feet participated on day 4 placements.
NEW DELHI : The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee saw an increase in the number of job offers to 593 on the fourth day of the placement drive for the 2023-24 batch. There was no change in the number of international offers received by students so far.
A total of 16 companies made job offers on day 4 of IIT Roorkee placements 2023, held from December 3 to December 4, taking the total number of recruiters so far to 105.
91 square feet, Apport Technologies Pvt Ltd. (QuickSell), Axxela Advisory Services, Blume Global, BNY Mellon, Cybertech Systems And Software, Dolat Capital Market, EXL, Fico, ICICI Bank, Merilytics, Minimalist, Quintics Management Consultancies, Reliance - New Energy Initiatives, Reliance Industries Limited, Samsung R&D Noida were the firms recruiting students on the fourth day.

Till day 3, the institute witnessed a total of 89 companies giving out 504 job offers including pre-placement offers (PPOs). Students bagged 16 international offers while recruiters such as Accenture Japan, American Express, Axis Bank, Meesho, Standard Chartered participated.
Other IITs including IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Bombay, IIT Kanpur, and IIT Kharagpur have started the placement drives but with a slow start. The institutes have been seeing fewer job offers as compared to last year.
