Earlier, the deadline for institutions to upload renewal compliance reports was October 25.
NEW DELHI: The Indian Nursing Council (INC) has once again extended the deadline for institutions to upload their renewal compliance reports for the 2024-25 academic year, as per an official notification dated November 4. The revised deadline for the renewal compliance report submission is November 15.
This marks the third renewal compliance report submission deadline extension granted by the INC. Initially, the INC had set September 30, which was then extended to October 15, and further postponed to October 25.
The compliance reports are essential for institutions seeking renewal and suitability certification from INC for the upcoming academic year. In its latest notification, the INC emphasized that this extension would be final, urging institutions to complete their submissions within the revised timeline. "No request for further extension shall be considered," the INC’s official notice stated.
Compliance Report Submission Deadline Extended: Document uploading process
The document uploading process is divided into two parts:
-
Part 1 requires institutions to upload documents, including a building completion certificate or status report, registration certificates for architects, photographs of the building certified by an architect, and receipts and permissions related to student clinical experience at affiliated hospitals.
-
Part 2 involves uploading details of teaching faculty, laboratory facilities, and Aadhaar updates.
After uploading, institutions can review and edit uploaded documents before proceeding to the “Final Submission.” Once this final step is completed, no further edits are permitted, and the documents will be available for the INC to process.
Size of Documents
The documents are to be uploaded in PDF format, with each file not exceeding 300 KB. Photographs are required to be less than 200 KB. The INC official notice, addressed to the registrars of all universities, state nursing councils, and the principals of nursing schools and colleges, also provided a series of specific instructions for institutions to follow when uploading compliance documents.
