Subscribe NowNEW DELHI: The Indian Coast Guard (ICG) will close the registration window for the recruitment of the General Duty (GD) Navik post, today February 27. Eligible candidates can fill out the ICG Navik application window by visiting the official website, joinindiancoastguard.cdac.in.
The ICG recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 260 Navik posts. To register for the ICG Navik exam, candidates will have to pay a registration fee of Rs 300 in online mode. Candidates who belong to scheduled caste (SC), scheduled tribe (ST) are exempted from paying any application fee.
The exam will be conducted in four stages. As per the official notice, the stage 1 exam is scheduled to be held at the end of April 2024.
The final merit list will be prepared based on three primary stages of the recruitment drive including stage 1 which is the computer-based exam, stage 2 which is the adaptability test, physical fitness test, document verification, stage 3 which is pre-enrolment medicals at INS Chilka.
Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2024: Eligibility criteria
Candidates should the eligibility criteria for the ICG recruitment exam 2024 before applying for it.
Age limit: Candidates should be between the ages of 18 years old to 22 years old. Candidates applying for the post of ICG Navik should be born between September 1, 2002, to August 31, 2006 (both dates inclusive).
Educational qualification: Candidates should have passed Class 12 with maths and physics as major subjects from an education board recognized by the Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).

On the homepage, look for the link that read “Join ICG as Enrolled Personnel CGEPT.”

A new window will open, click on the registration link for the CGEPT 02/2024 batch.

Register and proceed with the application process.

Upload documents, if required and pay the application fee.

Download the application form and take a printout for future reference.
