IPU CET BHMCT 2020- Check exam day guidelines and covid-19 instructions

NEW DELHI: Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University is going to conduct IPU CET BHMCT 2020 entrance exam on September 12 between 8:00 a.m to 10:30 a.m in online mode. With the novel coronavirus pandemic spreading globally, the university has issued some guidelines which must be followed by the candidates appearing for the IPU CET BHMCT 2020 test. Candidates are required to carry the necessary exam related documents and follow social distancing measures.

Pre- Examination Preventive measures for Covid-19

Candidates must follow social distancing norms

To avoid crowding at the IPU CET BHMCT exam centre,candidates will be allotted staggered time slots which will be mentioned on their IPU CET admit card 2020

Candidates will be checked for temperature using thermo guns
-
Barcode guns are used to check admit cards at the entry gate

All candidates must bring their own mask to the venue
During Examination Preventive Measures for Covid-19

After candidates enter the exam venue candidates will be checked for IPU CET BHMCT admit card and photo ID from a safe distance

On entering the lab, candidates will be directed to the registration desk for photograph capture
-
Candidates need to remove face mask while photo capture process
-
After the complete registration, candidates will be guided by teh exam staff to the allotted computer system with a safe distance

Candidates will sit with an alternate sitting arrangements
-
Usage of calculators, bluetooth devices or any other electronic device is strictly prohibited in the exam centre
Post Examination Preventive Measures for Covid-19

On completion of IPU CET BHMCT 2020 exam, candidate's photo will again be captured
-
On completion of a shift candidates are required to move out in an orderly manner
-
Maintain required distance to avoid crowding

Do not leave behind any asset like a mask, sanitizer, etc.
