IPU UG Admission 2024: Registration last date extended to April 10; exam dates

NEW DELHI: Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University has extended the last date of registration for undergraduate (UG) programmes, including BA LLB, to April 10. Candidates seeking admission to IPU UG programmes will have to submit the application form for GGSIPU Common Entrance Test (GGSIPU CET 2024) through the official website, ipu.ac.in.
The university will also accept the Common University Entrance Test (CUET 2024) score for this academic year. The last date of admissions for various programmes will be August 15. The academic session will begin from April 1.
Applicants will have to pay IPU CET registration fees 2024 of Rs 1,500 to complete the application process. Those who clear the CET exam, will have to participate in the IPU BA LLB counselling, which is tentatively scheduled to be held in April.
The IPU CET exam 2024 will be held at different locations on April 27 to May 14. The university will offer admission to 4-year BA Economics, BEd Special Education, BA BEd Secondary ITEP, BSc Environmental Science, BSc in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, BSc Packaging Technology, BTech Energy Engineering.
It also provides three certificate courses on urban green space management, Indian heritage and environmental sustainability, biodiversity, applied ecology and conservation, and weekend certificate, diploma in French, Japanese, German, Urdu.
The university will also offer 9 new programmes subject to the approval of statutory bodies. These courses are BSc BEd, BCom BEd, BA(JMC). 3-year LLB, BPharm, DPharm, BPT, BBA, BCom.
IP University has been ranked among the top 75 universities in the National Institute Ranking Framework (NIRF) published by the ministry of education. It now runs 166 programmes and has 18 schools of studies and 3 Centres of Excellence.
