ISC Class 12 board exams 2024 begins today; things to carry, guidelines

NEW DELHI: The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) will conduct the ISC Class 12 exams 2024 from today, February 13. Punjab board Class 12 exams 2024 will be held from February 12 to April 3, 2024. The duration of the ISC Class 12 exam 2024 is 3 hours 15 minutes.

The ISC board exams will be conducted in a single shift from 9 am for some subjects and from 2 pm for remaining subjects. Students will get an extra 15 minutes to go through the question paper before the start of ISC board exam 2024.

Students should carry their ISC admit card 2024 along with their school Id to the exam centre. Students who fail to bring the ISC admit card will not be allowed to sit for the board exams 2024.

Candidates are required to score a minimum 35% in each subject to pass the ISC board exam 2024. ISC results 2024 are expected to be out in May 2024. Last year, the total pass percentage for ISC was 96.93%. The pass percentage of girls was 98.01% and that of boys 95.96%.

ISC Board Exam 2024: Exam day guidelines

Students appearing for the ISC 2024 board exam should follow the following guidelines.

  • Students should only wear their school uniforms on exam day.
  • Students are not permitted to bring any electronic devices, including mobile phones, earphones, calculators, smart watches, and so on.
  • Students are not permitted to bring fancy pencil boxes inside the exam hall.
  • Students should bring all the essential items such as ISC admit card 2024 and school ID.
  • Students should reach the exam center an hour before the commencement of the exam.
  • Candidates should report to the allotted room number and sit in the respective seat.
  • Candidates should do all the rough work on the writing pad given by the invigilator.
  • Candidates must follow the instructions given by the board exam invigilator.
