How is the JEE Advanced 2024 result prepared?
IIT Madras has prepared the JEE Advanced result 2024 as per the following procedure-
-
Marks obtained by candidates in physics, chemistry, and mathematics in paper 1 and 2 will be added individually. It means that marks secured by a candidate in physics in both papers will be added to determine the total marks in the subject. The same procedure will be followed for chemistry and mathematics.
-
The authorities will then calculate the aggregate marks of the candidates in JEE Advanced 2024 based on marks secured by candidates in each subject.
-
Based on total scores obtained, candidates will be awarded JEE Advanced ranks 2024.
Candidates who qualify the JEE Advanced exam will be eligible to participate in the JoSAA counselling for admission to 23 IITs and other participating institutes across the country. JoSAA will start the counselling procedure on June 10.
