Try NowThe Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur has issued the official question papers for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced 2025. Candidates can download the paper-wise PDFs on the official website, jeeadv.ac.in. The JEE Advanced 2025 QPs are available for both papers – paper 1 and paper 2 in English and Hindi languages. JEE Advanced 2025 was conducted on May 18 for admission to engineering programmes at the IITs and other participating institutions. The exam was held for a duration of three hours and in two shifts – shift 1 from 9 am to 12 noon and shift 2 from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Paper 1 was held in the first session while paper 2 was administered in the second session.
As per expert analysis, the mathematics section proved to be the most difficult section while chemistry emerged as the easiest one. Both the JEE Advanced 2025 papers comprised three sections – physics, chemistry, and mathematics. Each question paper consisted of a total of 54 questions. 18 questions were asked from each section.

As per the JEE Advanced exam schedule, the candidates’ response sheets will be issued on May 22 and JEE Advanced answer key 2025 on May 26. Aspirants will be allowed to raise objections, if any, against the provisional answer key by May 27.
JEE Advanced result 2025 will be prepared and declared on the basis of the final answer key. Those who qualify the exam will be eligible to participate in the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) counselling 2025 for IIT BTech admissions.
