JEE Main 2020 application correction facility started; available till October 20

New Delhi, October 14 : National Testing Agency (NTA) has started the correction facility of JEE Main 2020 application form for the January session. Registered candidates will be able to correct particulars in their submitted application form using this facility. The final date to make the required corrections is October 20, 2019. Previously, the correction facility dates were October 11 to 17, however, it was postponed due to extension of last date for submission of JEE Main 2020 application form.
Candidates can follow the given steps to access the JEE Main 2020 application form correction facility:

Go to the official website (jeemain.nta.nic.in).

Click on the application form correction link.

JEE Main 2020 application form number, password and security code has to be provided.

Click on “Submit”
-
The required changes can be done by the candidates and submitted.
It should be noted that all particulars will not be open for change or correction. The following particulars can be corrected by the candidates:

Personal details
-
Academic details
-
Change of paper
-
Change of exam centres
-
Language of examination
-
Name, state of eligibility, date of birth
-
Category
Additional fee payment has to be done if the candidates select both papers for the examination and if the category change is from SC/ST/Girls/PwD to General/OBC NCL.
Candidates are advised to complete the required corrections as soon as possible. It should be noted that no corrections will be accepted after the final date.
