The National Testing Agency (NTA) has conducted the first slot of JEE Main 2020 Day 3 at 12 noon. Before the examination commenced, students were reported to arrive at the centres wearing masks and proper
COVID SOPs were followed by the NTA authorities
. The examination was held for B.E./B.Tech and the subjects consisted of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. According to the students who appeared for the examination, Paper 1 was of moderate difficulty.

For the first slot of the exam, candidates were reported to have found the Physics questions as tricky. Most of the candidates were of the view that overall there was nothing unexpected in the JEE Main question paper. However, questions in the Mathematics section were a bit time consuming and required a lot of calculations. As per past trend, Chemistry was easy for most candidates. Most of the questions were asked from Organic chemistry.

Sansar who appeared for the JEE main 2020 exam said, “ I am happy with my performance as I got a lot of time to study due to the postponement of the exam. I found the Mathematics section a bit time consuming. However, questions were slightly difficult. They required a lot of calculations.”
Meanwhile Ritu, who appeared for the exam for the second time said, “ Chemistry was quite easy and most of the questions that were asked were from organic chemistry. I was able to attempt at least 17 questions in the Chemistry section”
Raushan who reached the exam centre of JEE Main 2020 at the last minute found the Physics section difficult. He said, “ I could not understand the questions and there was some ambiguity. I could merely attempt 1 4 questions.”
