NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the JEE Main 2021 result today. The JEE Main result link -jeemain.nta.nic.in - will be active soon. A total of 44 candidates have scored 100 percentile in the engineering entrance exam JEE Main 2021 while 18 candidates have shared the top JEE rank. Candidates can check the JEE Main results 2021 using their application number and date of birth.

JEE Main 2021 result will include the details of the subject-wise NTA scores and total NTA scores of the candidates along with basic details like name, state of eligibility, etc. It must be noted that the All-India ranks of the candidates will also be available through the JEE Main 2021 session 4 result. Candidates can know the steps to check the JEE Main result 2021 below.

Steps to check JEE Main 2021 results

  • Visit jeemain.nta.nic.in.

  • Click on the “JEE Main results” link. (not active yet)

  • Enter application number, date of birth and security pin.

  • Click on the “Submit” button.

  • JEE Main 2021 August result will be displayed on the screen.

  • Download the result and take a printout for future reference.

Details mentioned in JEE Main 2021 result

  • Name of the candidate

  • Parents' details

  • Nationality

  • State of eligibility

  • Category (reserved or unreserved)

  • Application number and roll number

  • Specification on persons with disability

  • Total NTA JEE scores

  • All-India ranks

Candidates should also note that NTA has removed the provision of giving priority to candidates older in age from the tie-breaking policy for JEE Main 2021 this year.

Those shortlisted on the basis of JEE Main results will be eligible for the counselling process. Also, only All-India ranks of the candidates will be considered for admissions through the Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB)/Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) to NITs/IIITs/CFITs/SFITs/others.

JEE Main 2021 4th session was conducted on August 26, 27, 31 and September 1 and 2. The final answer key of JEE Main 2021 has also been released with the JEE Main results 2021. Candidates can download the final JEE Main answer key through the official website.
