NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has concluded the JEE Main 2022 shift 1 of day 2 today. According to the students’ reaction, the difficulty level of June 24 Shift 1 of JEE Main 2022 was moderate. The mathematics section was the toughest section followed by chemistry and physics in difficulty level. Students also shared that the COVID-19 precautions were solemnly followed by the authorities.

JEE Main paper analysis 2022 for June 24 shift 1

There were a total of 75 questions in JEE Main 2022 paper 1. In the maths section, a total of 30 questions were there. Out of which 20 questions were of multiple-choice type, while 10 questions were numerical type. Candidates had to attempt 5 questions out of 10 numerical type questions.   • Mathematics: The mathematics section was hard and calculative. Questions were asked from chapters like vectors, mathematical induction, P & C, etc.
  • Physics: The physics section was easy. Candidates found more questions were asked from core physics chapters like semiconductors, POC, waves, etc.
  • Chemistry: The chemistry section was moderately difficulty for the June 24 shift 1 exam. Questions were completely NCERT based and straight forward.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) is conducting the JEE Main 2022 exam June session in 2 shifts as a computer based test. JEE Mains 2022 BArch paper was successfully conducted on June 23. Provided, the JEE Main 2022 first session will further be conducted on June 25, 26, 27, 28 and 29.

NTA conducts JEE Main 2022 paper 1 for admission to BE/ BTech courses at NITs, IIITs, other CFTIs, Institutions/Universities funded/ recognized by participating State Governments. While paper 2 is conducted for admission to B.Arch and B.Planning courses.
