NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct phase 1 of JEE Main exam 2022 on June 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, and 29. The exam of JEE Mains 2022 is going to be a computer-based exam in all the exam centres.

Candidates will soon be able to download JEE Main 2022 admit card from the NTA official website. However, the JEE Main admit card 2022 release date is not yet officially confirmed, but it is expected that the IIT JEE Main admit card 2022 will be issued today, June 21. As the JEE Mains exam session 1 is approaching, the NTA JEE Mains admit card 2022 has been already delayed as per the previous year trends. However, the authorities are unlikely to postpone the JEE Mains exam for session 1.

Candidates are advised to carry essential documents to the exam centre on the day of JEE Main exam 2022. Those who will appear for the Joint Entrance Exam Mains with incomplete documents, will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.

JEE Main admit card 2022: Things to carry at the exam centre along with IIT JEE hall ticket

The following items should be carried inside the exam centre along with the JEE Main 2022 admit card..

  • One passport-sized photograph (one that was uploaded during the JEE Main 2022 registration).

  • Any one of the authorised photo IDs (must be valid, original, and non-expired) - PAN Card/Voter ID card/Aadhaar Card (with the photograph)/Driving licence/School ID card/Passport/E-Aadhaar with photograph/Bank Passbook with a photograph/Ration card with photograph/Class 12th board admit card with photograph

  • A ballpoint pen

  • Hand sanitizer (up to 50 mL)

  • Transparent water bottle

  • In case the candidate is diabetic, he/she may bring sugar tablets and fruits like apple, banana, orange, etc.

Other essential documents

If any candidate belongs to the PwD category, then they will be required to bring any one of the following certificates.

  • PwD certificate issued by the authorised medical officer.

  • PwD certificate regarding physical disability or limitations that might be a hindrance to writing the exam

  • Letter of undertaking for using Own Scribe.
