To access and download JEE Mains 2023 admit card, candidates will need the necessary credentials including the JEE application number and date of birth. The JEE Main admit card 2023 is the mandatory document that needs to be carried on the exam day and without which candidates will not be allowed to enter the JEE exam hall. Candidates can download the JEE Main admit card 2023 using the following credentials.
NTA will conduct the JEE Mains 2023 exam on January 24, 25, 28, 29, 30, 31 and February 1. However, only the second shift of the JEE exam will be held on January 28, as per the revised schedule.
PwD candidates who desire to avail the services of a scribe need to opt for this while filling out the JEE Main 2023 application from. If a candidate desires to bring their own Scribe, then they should submit a Letter of undertaking for using own Scribe in a prescribed format.

NTA will conduct the JEE Main exam in two shifts. The first shift will be conducted from 9 am to 12 pm and the second shift from 3 pm to 6 pm.
NTA will use a conversion method to arrive at the JEE Mains 2023 score. "Conversion of the raw score in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and the conversion of the total into NTA scores. Overall merit shall be prepared by merging NTA scores of all shifts of all days," an NTA statement said.

NTA has released the JEE Mains 2023 mock test for engineering aspirants completely free in online mode. Candidates can access the mock test on the mobile application ‘National Test Abhyas’.

The JEE Main session 1 exam will start on January 24 and will conclude on February 1, 2023.
The JEE Main 2023 exam will be held for BTech, BArch and BPlanning papers. The exam will be comprise of multiple choice questions (MCQs) and numerical questions. The JEE Mains 2023 paper 1- BE, BTech paper will include three sections -- Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry and will comprise of 90 questions. While the BArch paper, or Paper 2A, of JEE Main exam will have three sections -- Mathematics, Aptitude Test and Drawing and will have 82 questions. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the JEE Main 2023 admit card for session 1 January 24 exam today. The hall ticket for the rest of the exams is also expected to be out soon.
To cater to the decision of different boards across the country regarding the reduction in the syllabus, the NTA has decided to provide a choice in one Section of each Subject of Paper 1 and Part I of Paper 2A and 2B. However, the total number of questions to be attempted will remain the same (Physics -25, Chemistry – 25, and Mathematics – 25).

a) Paper 1 (BE /BTech) in computer based test (CBT) mode only.

The National Testing Agency is yet to release the JEE Main admit card. Once JEE Main hall ticket is released, "under no circumstances the choice of cities for the centre and shift provided in the admit card shall be changed, the NTA JEE information bulletin read.
With just three days left for the exam, the candidates can expect the NTA to release the JEE Main admit card soon. The candidate must show, on-demand, the JEE hall ticket downloaded from the NTA website for admission in the exam hall. The Test Centre Staff on duty is authorized to verify the identity of candidates and may take steps to verify and confirm the identity credentials. Candidates who do not possess valid admit cards and authorized Photo IDs will not be permitted to take the examination under any circumstances by the Centre Superintendent.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has closed the JEE Main 2023 application form on January 12, 2023. The testing authority also opened the JEE Main application correction facility from January 13 to 14 at jeemain.nta.nic.in 2023.
Candidates can check exam centers of JEE Main 2023 from the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in. The JEE Main advance intimation for allotment of exam city has information on the allotment of city where the JEE Main 2023 exam centre will be located, to facilitate the candidates.

The new date of JEE Main 2023 is clashing with Bihar board Class 12 mathematics exam. The BSEB 12th board exam 2023 mathematics exam will be conducted in the first shift on February 1 from 9:30 am to 12:45 pm. The timing of JEE Main 2023 is 9 am to 12 noon. While some students appearing for Bihar board Class 12 exam urged BSEB to extend exam dates, other candidates requested NTA to change the date.

The jeemain.nta.nic.in 2023 admit card link is not active yet. The JEE Main 2023 official website link has made only the JEE main city intimation slip 2023 link available.
The JEE Main 2023 exams will be held in shifts. While the first shift will be held from 9 am to 12 noon, the second shift of JEE Main 2023 exam will be held between 3 pm and 6 pm. The reporting time for session 1 exam is 7 am and for session 2 exam is 1 pm.
The JEE Main 2023 will be conducted in two sessions-- January and April, for admissions in the next academic session 2023-24. Through this, a candidate will get two opportunities to improve their scores in the JEE Main exam if they are not able to give their best in one attempt.
Engineering aspirants can also download and install the SANDES application as a secondary channel to receive latest news and notifications from NTA regarding JEE Main 2023. SANDES app is available on both the Google play store and the app store.

The JEE Main 2023 exam is not postponed. Hearing a plea on JEE Main 2023 postponement, the Bombay High Court said: "Any orders passed to postpone may have a cascading effect. If a student does not fare well in JEE January, he can compete in April. Extraordinary circumstances don't seem to exist. It wouldn't be appropriate to restrain the respondent from conducting a pan India exam," the high court said.
The JEE Main 2023 result will be compiled based on the final answer key declared. NTA will prepare the JEE Main 2023 score considering factors including multi-shift papers, raw (actual) marks obtained by the candidates in different shifts/sessions.

NTA will soon release the admit card for JEE Main 2023 January session exam. According to the JEE Mains information brochure issued by the NTA, the JEE Main session 1 admit card was scheduled to be released in the third week of January 2023.
The JEE Main 2023 exam pattern will include BTech, BArch and BPlanning papers. The exam will be held for multiple choice questions (MCQs) and numerical questions. The BE, BTech paper of JEE Mains 2023 will have three sections -- Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry and will comprise of 90 questions. The BArch paper, or Paper 2A, of JEE Main exam will have three sections -- Mathematics, Aptitude Test and Drawing and will have 82 questions. The BPlanning paper, or Paper 2B will comprise of Mathematics, Aptitude Test and Planning-based questions and will have 105 questions.

The JEE Main 2023 Session 1 exam will be held in various centres located in 290 cities throughout the country and in 25 cities outside India.
JEE Main 2023 exam will be held on January 24,25, 29, 30, 31 and February 1, 2023 for BE/BTech (Paper 1 for Shift 1 and 2) and on January 28 (Shift 2 only) for BArch and BPlanning (Paper 2A and Paper 2B).
