JEE Main 2024 session 1 registration ends tomorrow at jeemain.nta.ac.in; fee, eligibility

The JEE Main 2024 session 1 exam will be held between January 24 and February 1, 2024 while the session 2 will be conducted between April 1 and 15, 2024.
The NTA said that aspirants can apply for one or both sessions of the exam. Male candidates belonging to unreserved, EWS and OBC categories who will apply for session 1 have to pay a fee of Rs 1,000 for centres in India and Rs 5,000 for centres outside the country. Female candidates from these categories will have to pay Rs 800 as fee for centres in India and Rs 4,000 for centres outside the country.

Eligibility criteria
Those aspiring to appear for the JEE Mains exam should have completed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics with 75% marks. However, candidates belonging to SC/ST categories must have a minimum of 65% in Class 12. The JEE Main is held for admission into NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs. There are no age restrictions for JEE Main in 2024.

The JEE Main 2024 exam will have three papers – Paper 1 for BTech programs, Paper 2A for Bachelor of Architecture, and Paper 2B for Bachelor of Planning.
