Try NowNEW DELHI: The Joint Entrance Examination Main (JEE Main 2024) registration will be closed for session 2 by the National Testing Agency (NTA) today. Those who have already opted for both the sessions need not fill the JEE Main application form again. The NTA will conduct the JEE Main session 2 exams 2024 from April 4 to 15. Candidates should note that the registration window will be closed at 10.50 pm today, whereas the fee payment facility will be available till 11.50 pm.
The testing agency has also issued separate instructions on the correction facility for already registered candidates and those who applied for the first time.
JEE Mains application last date was extended by two days to March 4. Applicants have been given the option to login for the exam using DigiLocker ID, ABC ID, passport number, PAN ID, or Aadhaar card number. However, those opting not to login with Digilocker and ABC ID are required to reach the exam centre an hour prior to the exam for frisking purposes.
Candidates who have submitted the JEE Main session 2 form from February 2 to March 4 will not be allowed to make changes in mobile number, e-mail address, permanent and present address, emergency contact details, photograph of candidate. On the other hand, they will be allowed to make edits in any one of the fields - candidate name, father’s name or mother’s name.
