What is NTA score?
The NTA will declare the JEE results based on the final answer key prepared by subject experts after reviewing the objections raised. The Coaching Federation of India (CFI) has flagged 17 errors in this year’s session 1 exams.
The NTA scores will be calculated corresponding to the raw marks obtained by a candidate in session 1 exams. Similarly, JEE Main session 2 will also be conducted in multiple shifts, and the NTA will use the normalisation method again to calculate the NTA scores for the three subjects, physics, chemistry, and mathematics, and the total scores.
The NTA scores for each of the candidates in paper 1 for session 1 as well as for session 2 will be merged for preparing the final result and overall merit ranking.
“The best of the two NTA Scores in Total (and not in individual subject) will be considered for further processing for those candidates who appeared in both sessions,” the NTA said.
