Try NowNEW DELHI : The Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT), Bhopal is the only NIT offering a degree in Bachelor of Planning (BPlanning). MANIT will give admission to the four-year BPlanning programme through the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2024 paper 2 scores. There are a total of 52 seats in the programme.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will declare JEE Main 2024 paper 2 result soon for the exam conducted in January session. JEE Main paper 2 result 2024 will be made available on the official website, jeemain.nta.ac.in.

The admissions to BPlanning programme at MANIT will be conducted through the joint counselling. The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) will conduct the counselling session once session 2 exams conclude and results are declared.
The BPlanning cut-off at NIT Bhopal saw a drastic increase for candidates from other states after 2019. The cut-off for other state candidates went from 4,301 in 2019 to 747 in the Covid year. Since then, the BPlan cut-off has been increasing at the institute.
However, in case of home state candidates, the BPlan cut-off dropped after 2020 and again went up in the next year, 2022. Last year, the closing rank sank again to 4,105 for Bhopal students.
