Try NowNEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has commenced the registration process for Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main 2025) session 2 from today, February 1. Candidates will be able to apply for the JEE Main 2025 session 2 through the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in. Earlier the JEE Main 2025 shift 2 registration deadline was February 24. The JEE Main 2nd attempt scheduled to be held between April 1 to 8 at various exam centres across the country. Candidates who appeared in the JEE Main session 1 exams will have to login using the credentials generated earlier and proceed to make the fee payment.
However, who wish to apply only for JEE Mains session 2 exams will have to register and pay the fees before the application window closes.
As per the JEE Main 2025 eligibility criteria, there is no age limit to apply for JEE Mains exam. Students who have passed the Class 12 in 2023, 2024, or appearing in board exam 2025 will be considered eligible for the JEE Main 2025.

The NTA conducted the JEE Main session 1 exams on January 22, 23, 24, 28, 29 and 30 for both paper 1 and paper 2. Overall, the JEE Main session 1 exam was easy to moderate in difficulty level for most of the exam days. The JEE Mains 2025 Jan 28 shift 1 paper was considered the toughest so far. As per JEE Mains Jan 28 exam analysis, shift 1 mathematics section was difficult and lengthy, physics also had challenging questions.
