Students have been raising concerns about the recurring and increasing error rate in the JEE Main exam. Last year, the NTA dropped overall 12 questions from the 90 questions per section paper. Students also alleged incorrect and ambiguous answers as well as discrepancies in physics and chemistry sections, which cost them their valuable time.
They also said that the errors in JEE Main question paper and answer key could have impacted their rank and score. Aspirants were also worried about losing their chance to qualify for the next round - JEE Advanced 2025 - held for IIT admissions.
