JEECUP Counselling 2026: Round 6, 7 schedule out; document verification

The Joint Entrance Examination Council (JEECUP), Uttar Pradesh, has released the schedule for the round 6 and 7 on the official website of JEECUP at jeecup.admissions.nic.in. This schedule is for all non-admitted candidates who appeared in UPJEE (POLYTECHNIC)-2026.

As per the schedule, the round 6 choice filling will be done from August 21, 2026 to August 23, 2026 and the seat allotment result will be out on August 24, 2026. Applicants will need their application number and password to access the choice-filling portal.

The official notice reads, “the sixth and seventh phases of additional counselling will be online in which unadmitted candidates who have appeared in the entrance examination but have not been allotted an institute/course or unadmitted candidates from other states will be able to participate.”

JEECUP Round 6 and 7 Counselling 2026: Document verification

The documents required on the day of counselling are: mark sheets and certificates of the qualifying exams, certificate as proof of date of birth, category certificate, aadhaar card, and sub-category certificate (if applicable).

“In the sixth and seventh phases, document verification will be conducted at help centers established in all districts of the state. Candidates can complete the admission process by visiting any help center established in the state. Document verification will not be conducted at help centers on public holidays,” the notice reads further.
