JEECUP Counselling 2026: The council will declare the seat allotment results for round 6 on August 24.
The Joint Entrance Examination Council, UP (JEECUP) has started its round 6 choice filling 2026 for admission to diploma in polytechnic-level technical courses at government and private colleges across Uttar Pradesh. Eligible candidates can fill their choices of colleges and programmes through JEECUP round 6 choice filling facility at jeecup.admissions.nic.in by August 23.

The council will announce the JEECUP round 6 seat allotment results 2026 on August 24. Candidates will be able to access the JEECUP round 6 seat allotment list using their login details such as application number and password.
Only candidates who have not been allotted polytechnic colleges in JEECUP round 1 to 5, are eligible to fill their choices of programmes and colleges in the round 6 counselling process.

Those who will be allotted diploma seats at polytechnic colleges in JEECUP round 6 allotment will be able to freeze their options and pay the security or counselling fee from August 25 to 29, 2026.
Those who wish to withdraw their seats from round 6 and appear in JEECUP round 7, the withdrawal option will be open for them from August 30.
JEECUP 2026 Round 6: How to fill choice options?
Candidates can check the steps given below to fill their preferred choices of colleges and programmes by following the steps given below.
- Go to the official website at jeecup.admissions.nic.in.
- On the homepage, click on the JEECUP counselling section.
- A new page will open.
- Enter application number and password.
- Then click on the JEECUP choice filling link.
- Add, remove, or rearrange college and branch preferences.
- Review your choices.
- Press lock and submit the choices.
- Download the confirmation page.
Candidates should need a set of documents for the JEECUP round 6 counselling process. The documents include mark sheets and certificates of qualifying examinations, date of birth certificate, category certificate, Aadhaar card, and sub-category certificate.
