JEEP 2026 registration begins for engineering diploma courses; apply by April 15

JEEP Exam 2026: General category candidates should pay Rs 800, while SC, ST applicants can pay Rs 500 as registration fee.
The Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education Roorkee (UBTER) has started the registration process for the Joint Entrance Examination for Polytechnic (JEEP 2026) today, January 15. Eligible candidates can register for the online JEEP exam 2026 through the official websites, ubter.in and ubterjeep.co.in.
The registration link for the UBTER JEEP 2026 examination will be active until April 15 for admission to various polytechnic courses.
To complete the registration, candidates will have to pay a JEEP application fee of Rs 800, while scheduled caste (SC) and scheduled tribe (ST) candidates need to pay Rs 500.
The board will release offline OMR application forms for JEEP 2026 on February 2. Candidates can collect the JEEP form from selected polytechnic institutes and submit it in person by April 15.

The JEEP exam is held for admission to diploma courses in engineering, technology, textile design, garment technology, fashion design, and pharmacy at government, women’s, rural, aided, and private polytechnic colleges affiliated with UBTER.
Candidates wishing to join the second year of the diploma in engineering through lateral entry are required to qualify for the Uttarakhand JEEP entrance exam 2026 .
