Check NowThe Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) has revised the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2026 round 1 counselling schedule. As per new dates, the registration and choice filling is extended till August 21, 2026 and the seat allotment result will be declared on August 23, 2026.

The official notice reads, "It is hereby informed to all concerned candidates that due to some technical glitch in the server, the Board has decided to revise schedule for 1st Round of Online Counselling for admission under State, All India & NRI Quota Seats in M.B.B.S., B.D.S. & B.H.M.S. courses.”
The Jharkhand NEET counselling is being conducted for admission to MBBS/BDS courses. Qualified applicants must register by indicating their preferred college and course for Jharkhand NEET 2026 admission. Before seats are alloted, the authority verifies the applicant's documents.

The official notice reads, “Candidates who have already registered and paid the Online Counselling Fee and Security deposit are not required to make the payment again for 1st Round Choice Filling. However, candidates must re-register once on the Online Choice Filling Portal to participate in 1 Round Choice Filling.”
Jharkhand NEET Counselling 2026: Fees structure
The counselling fee depends on the category of the applicant. Candidates who belong to general/EWS/BC-I/BC-II have to pay Rs 1000/-, SC/ST/women/Divyang applicants need to pay Rs 500/-.
