Jharkhand NEET UG 2026 Counselling: JCECEB asks MBBS aspirants to upload category, Aadhaar certificates

The JCECE Board will conduct the online counselling for admission to MBBS , BDS and BHMS programmes at various government and private medical colleges after the re-National Eligibility-cum-Entrnace Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2026 results are declared.
The board will declare a state merit list on the basis of re-NEET UG 2026 result.
Jharkhand NEET UG Counselling guidelines for MBBS aspirants
“In order to streamline and simplify the process of online counselling(s), all eligible aspirants are advised to ensure that the following certificates/documents/card are updated well in advance before applying for State Merit List in order to avoid any discrepancies, grievances, rejection or cancellation at a later stage,” the Jharkhand board said.
Scheduled Tribe (ST), Scheduled Caste (SC), Backward Class 1(BC), BC 2 - Non-Creamy Layer (NCL), I and A for Economically Weaker Section (EWS) candidates should have to update their category or income and assets certificates.
The certificates should be issued by an officer not below the level of sub-divisional officer- (civil) of the Jharkhand state, the notice read.
The PwD candidates should also have to get their certificate updates, which are issued from RIMS, Ranchi, Civil Surgeon, Deoghar only for deafness and hard of hearing disability will only be valid.
“Candidates appearing for online counselling(s) are advised to ensure that their Aadhaar Card is accurate, valid and duly updated in all respects. There should not be any discrepancy in Name, Date of Birth, Gender. Photograph, Address & Biometric Information,” as per the notice.
