NEW DELHI: The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education has decided to cancel the JKBOSE board exam 2021 amid the second wave of Covid-19. The evaluation criteria for JKBOSE 11th 12th Board Exams 2021 will be prepared and released soon by the board.
Lt Governor of J&K tweeted, “In view of safety and well-being of students due to Covid pandemic, all pending JKBOSE Examinations session 2020-21 (Regular/Private) for final exams of class XI and XII across JKUT for which examination/results are awaited, are cancelled.”

“The detailed procedure for publishing results along with a scheme of marking will be completed by JKBOSE shortly,” he further added.

Earlier, the board had cancelled the Jammu and Kashmir board exam 2021 of Class 10 , in view of the ongoing COVID-19 situation.
After CBSE and ICSE, several states have announced the cancellation of 12th board exams 2021 . States like Punjab, Assam, and others are yet to take decisions on their Class 12 board exams.
