JKCET round 1 counselling 2024 for BTech admission starts on June 30; rank-wise schedule
JKCET Counselling 2024: Candidates are required to carry the original documents and deposit a counselling fee of Rs 1,000 through POS machine available at BOPEE office.

NEW DELHI: The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Examinations has announced the JKCET counselling schedule 2024 for BE, BTech admission in the participating colleges. The first round of the JKCET counselling 2024 will be conducted on June 30 for rank 1 to 500. Candidates who qualified the common entrance test (JKCET 2024) conducted by the JKBOPE will have to participate in the counselling process for further admission process.
Candidates will have to report at the BOPEE offices Jammu or Srinagar physically for registration, attendance and fulfilment of other formalities between 8:30 am to 10 am on the day of their counselling. They are also required to deposit the counselling fee of Rs 1,000 through POS machine available at BOPEE office Jammu or Srinagar through debit or credit cards. “Any candidate who fails to deposit the counseling fee shall not be allowed to participate in the counseling process,” it said.
Those who fail to join the allotted college after completion of the counselling will not be eligible to participate in the subsequent JKCET counselling rounds. The seat matrix will be uploaded separately on the official website before the commencement of the counselling process.
Candidates will have to carry the original documents on the allotted dates of counseling. The list of documents required to be submitted is given below.
- Class 12 mark sheet.
- Domicile certificate of Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir or Ladakh.
- Category certificate, including TFW, if any.
- Date of birth certificate issued by J-K Board of School Education, Centre Board, or other boards.
