The Karnataka board has released the marks to be obtained in individual subjects to be declared qualified in the exams.

Once the Karnataka board is done conducting the Karnataka 1st PUC supplementary exams 2023, it will tentatively release the results for the same by October 2023. 

Karnataka 1st year PUC students are required to score at least 35 percent marks in each subject and in aggregate to be declared qualified in Karnataka 1st PUC results 2023.

Students of Karnataka board who have failed to clear one or two subjects can take the compartment exams to be held by the board. The board has however, not announced any date for its conduct yet.

Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai said in January the state government-run residential schools, which have completed 10 years, will have colleges offering pre-university courses (PUC) from the next academic year.

Karnataka first PU exams scheduled on February 27 in Belagavi district was postponed in view of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit. The deputy director of the PU Education Department issued a circular saying that the exams have been postponed and it will be held on March 6.
