Download EBookNEW DELHI: Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) has published the Karnataka 2nd PUC model question paper and project work details on the official website, kseab.karnataka.gov.in. As per the Karnataka 2nd PUC result calculation criteria, 20% weightage will be allotted to internal assessments and 80% will be allotted for the final board exam 2024.
School based internal assessments for 20 marks have been proposed to be introduced from the academic year 2023-24 for both first and second year students.
The internal assessment will be marked out of 10 marks.Writing of project will carry 5 marks, presentation will have 3 marks and 2 marks for viva voce.
30% weightage will be allotted to internal assessments and 70% for board exams for subjects including physics, computer science, automobile, chemistry, home science, beauty and wellness, biology, information technology, Hindustani Music, electronics, retail.
As per reports, the board has decided not to conduct the Karnataka 2nd PUC supplementary exams for 2023-24.
“After the completion of the process, the project to be evaluated and marks are to be upload in SATS portal. Failure in uploading the marks to SATS portal in stipulated time will lead to non consideration of the said marks for final examination results,” the Karnataka Board said.
