Try NowNEW DELHI: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) will close the window for National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET UG) applications for admission to medical, dental and Ayush courses today, July 29. Candidates can submit their forms for Karnataka NEET UG counselling 2024 through the official websites, kea.kar.nic.in or cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/KEA.
As per KEA recent notification, this is a chance for candidates who missed the earlier registration deadline for Karnataka NEET UG counselling 2024.
The examination authority also said that those who have already submitted their forms for Medical, Dental and AYUSH courses can enter the reservation details, if any.
"Medical, Dental and AYUSH course details have been obtained at the time submission of application for UGCET-2024. Now, portal is enabled from 24-07-2024 to the candidates who have already submitted the UGCET-2024 application; to enter the reservations pertaining to Minority Linguistic, Minority Religious, NRI Ward, St. Johns Medical College (RC-1 to RC-8) which are applicable to medical and dental courses and for Medical, Dental and AYUSH course selection. Eligible candidates can enter the details of Minority Linguistic, Minority Religious, NRI Ward, St. Johns Medical College (RC-1 to RC-8) and select the course up to 29-07-2024", KEA notification read.
Karnataka NEET UG counselling 2024
Karnataka NEET UG counselling 2024 will be conducted for 15% of All India Quota (AIQ) seats. Through Karnataka NEET UG counselling 2024 candidates will get admission of approximately 43,451 seats. Under the MBBS programme, there are 33,829 seats and 9,622 seats in medical and dental colleges across the state.
The document verification will be conducted along with the newly registered candidates for Karanataka NEET UG counselling 2024 and the verification dates will be announced in the KEA website in due course of time.
