Karnataka NEET UG Counselling 2025: KEA begins round 1 option entry at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in

Download EBookKarnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has opened the option entry window for the Karnataka National Eligibility cum Entrance Test - Under Graduate (NEET UG) 2025 round 1 counselling today, July 17. Eligible candidates can exercise the Karnataka NEET UG option entry through the official website at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.
Candidates are required to enter their application number and option entry CET number to log in and exercise the Karnataka NEET UG option entry process. The KEA is conducting the NEET 2025 counselling for admission to Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) programmes under the 85% state quota and 100% seats in private colleges.
After the option entry process, the KEA will announce the NEET UG mock allotment result. Candidates will also be given the opportunity to modify their option entries based on the mock allotment. The dates for both the mock allotment result and the provision to change the option entry are yet to be announced.
Karnataka NEET UG seat allotment will be carried out based on candidates’ filled choices, reservation norms, the seat matrix, and their NEET 2025 rank and score. Students who are allotted seats will be required to report to their respective institutes within the specified time period.
Karnataka NEET Counselling 2025: Documents required
Candidates are required to keep the following documents ready for the verification process during Karnataka NEET UG counselling 2025.
- NEET UG 2025 admit card and scorecard
- Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and passing certificates
- Domicile certificate (for Karnataka candidates)
- Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS), if applicable
- PwD certificate, if applicable
- Cumulative record or marks card, if applicable
- Two recent passport-sized photographs
- Final printout of the Karnataka NEET UG 2025 counselling application form
- Valid ID proof (such as Aadhaar card, passport, etc.)
- KEA declaration form confirming the authenticity of the submitted information
