Karnataka NEET UG mop-up round 2023 counselling begins today; who is eligible?
Karnataka NEET UG Counselling 2023: Candidates who were allotted seats in round 1, 2 will not be eligible to participate in mop-up counselling.

NEW DELHI: Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has announced the mop-up round counselling dates for MBBS, BDS admission in the state medical colleges through National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET UG 2023) scores. Aspirants who were not allotted any college in round 1 and round 2 will be eligible to participate in Karnataka NEET UG mop-up counselling.
All category candidates should deposit Rs 1 lakh as caution deposit to KEA. As on September 12, 682 vacant seats were available under various categories. Candidates will be able to submit new options and pay caution deposit from today till September 20 and 19 respectively.
Karnataka NEET UG Mop-up Round: Who is eligible?
KEA has announced the eligibility criteria to participate in the Karnataka NEET UG mop-up round counselling 2023.
- Candidates who have been allotted any medical seat in KEA in first or second rounds of UGNEET-2023 are not eligible to participate.
- Choice-3 candidates of first round who have been allotted a medical seat in the second round are not eligible for mop-up round of UGNEET-2023 counselling.
- Candidates who have been allotted dental seats through KEA can participate for selection of medical seat only in the mop-up round, but not for dental seat again.
