NEW DELHI: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has announced the Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET 2024) postponed exam dates. The Karnataka PGCET 2024 exam for MBA and MCA will now be conducted on August 4. The KEA has also announced to host the PGCET admit card 2024 on the official website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in, on or after July 27.

“PGCET-2024 will be conducted on 04-08-2024 for MBA and MCA courses as per the following revised time table. Candidates, who have registered, submitted the application and paid the fees for PGCET-2024, have to download the Admission Tickets from KEA Website on or after 27-07-2024 and appear for the exam,” the KEA said in its latest notification.
The KEA PGCET 2024 revised exam dates for ME and MTech admissions will be announced shortly, it said. Those who have qualified the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2024) will be eligible to apply for direct admission for MTech courses. The exam was postponed to avoid clash with the final semester exams at certain universities, which were scheduled between July 5 and 10.
The PGCET exam will test candidates’ knowledge in computer awareness, analytical ability and logical reasoning, quantitative analysis, English language, and general knowledge.
The question paper will have 100 questions carrying 100 marks. There will be no negative marking for wrong answers, as per the marking scheme.
Candidates are required to key in their application number and password generated during the registration process to download the KEA PGCET hall ticket 2024 from the official website.
