New Delhi - Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has released 218 vacancies to recruit candidates for the post of Assistant Engineers (AE), Assistant Architect (AA) & Assistant Administrative Officers (AAO). The online applications for the same starts from February 25 to March 15, 2020. Candidates will be able to download the admit card from March 27 to April 04 in online mode for the preliminary exams. The notification released by LIC also states the preliminary exam date which is April 04 while the mains exam dates will be informed later. According to the notification, the total number of vacancies for Assistant Engineers are 50, while for ADO it is 168.
LIC AAO 2020 Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum age should be 21 years while the maximum age should be 30 years. Although there is upper age relaxation for reserved candidates.
Education qualification - For AE B.Tech/B.E from the specified engineering stream, AAO Chartered Accountant/Legal/Actuarial/Rajbhasha/IT.

How to apply?

Candidates can fill the form from February 25 to March 15 in online mode only.

They should update their photograph, signature and have a valid email ID, active mobile number while filling the form.

Click on ‘Careers’ and open the link ‘Recruitment of AE/AA/AAO(Specialist)’

Choose the tab Click here for New Registration’ and enter Name. Contact Details and Email ID.

A provisional registration number will be generated, Note the Provisional Registration

Number and Password. You will also get an Email & SMS of the Provisional Registration number and Password.

In case you are unable to complete the application form in one go you can save the already entered data by choosing "SAVE AND NEXT" tab.

You can proceed to upload your Photo & Signature as per the required specifications.

You can proceed to fill other details of the Application Form.

Click on Preview Tab to preview and verify the entire application form before final submission.

Make sure there are no errors as LIC will not give you a chance to change it later.

Click on 'Payment' Tab and proceed for payment.

Click on the 'Submit' button.
