The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, has issued the provisional merit list for the Maharashtra Bachelor of Design (MAH BDes) Common Entrance Test (CET) admissions 2025 today, July 17. Candidates who applied under both Maharashtra State and All India quotas can now check their MAH CET BDes rank status through the official website at cetcell.mahacet.org.
Candidates should enter their login details, such as application number and password, to access the MAH CET BDes provisional merit list 2025. Candidates facing discrepancies in the provisional merit list can submit their grievances from July 18 to July 20.
Once a grievance is raised, the application will be reverted back to the candidate’s login for necessary corrections. Candidates are required to upload relevant documents supporting their claims for correction or concession. Candidates who opted for the physical scrutiny mode will have to visit the designated facilitation centres (FCs) in person to resolve their grievances within the same timeline.

Candidates who are satisfied with the seat allotted to them and do not wish to take part in further rounds of the admission process can choose the 'freeze' option. By doing so, they confirm their acceptance of the seat and will not be considered for any future allotments.
candidates who wish to accept the current seat but are also open to being considered for a better, higher-priority option in the upcoming rounds can opt for 'slide' or 'float'. These options allow them to retain the current seat while remaining eligible for upgradation, if available, in subsequent rounds. The MAH CET BDes final merit list will be displayed on July 23.
