NEW DELHI: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) will start conducting the Class 12 exam for the 2022-23 sessions from today, February 21. The Maharashtra board Class 12, or Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC) exams will begin with the English (01) paper today followed by Hindi, German, Japanese, Chinese and Persian on February 22. The MSBHSE Class 12 exam will conclude with with the Sociology (A/S/C) papers on March 20.

Maharashtra board Class 12 students will be allowed entry to the exam centres only if they take along with them the MSBSHE 12th admit card and the school id card. The Maha board Class 12th exams will be held in two shifts - the first between 11 am and 2 pm and the next from 3 pm to 6 pm. The Maharashtra board 12th English exam today will be held from 11 am and get over at 2 pm.

What is Maharashtra board ‘copy-free exams’?
The Maharashtra board this year is taking measures to ensure ' copy-free exams '. In line with the campaign, photocopy shops will be closed in 50-meter radius of the examination centers ahead of Maharashtra Class 10 and 12 board exams. Police presence will also be increased around the examination centers.
