Masters’ Union, accounting firm launch ‘MasterCamp in Applied Auditing and Analytics’

NEW DELHI: Masters’ Union, a B-school with Grant Thornton, a global professional services firm, has launched “the MasterCamp in Applied Auditing and Analytics” initiative.
The initiative will address the demand for skilled professionals in data analysis and auditing. It will provide students an opportunity to learn directly from industry experts and gain hands-on experience through a virtual internship.

Masters’ Union and Grant Thornton have co-designed the MasterCamp curriculum to blend theoretical knowledge with practical application, ensuring students receive up-to-date and relevant knowledge in auditing and analytics. Specialized training on industry-relevant tools like Power BI and advanced Excel will be provided to the participants.
Under the initiative a three-month virtual internship at Grant Thornton will be provided to participants that will help them gain experiential learning in auditing, immersing themselves in real-life scenarios and building a strong CV. The participants with good performance during the virtual internship may be given full-time roles with prestigious companies.

The programme is designed as a hybrid model. Students will be able to attend interactive online sessions via Zoom from anywhere globally. Additionally, in-person classes and peer meetups will also be provided. The in-person sessions will be held at co-working spaces across various cities in India.
MasterCamp offers personalized mentorship by Grant Thornton professionals, enabling students to benefit from the expertise of industry practitioners. The programme also provides placement support, with access to workshops on LinkedIn profiling, personal branding, interview preparation, and salary negotiation. Participants will also have access to Masters’ Union's B-school placement network and internal job portal.
