NEW DELHI : The Meghalaya Board of School Education (MBOSE) will begin the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) exam for Class 10 students today. The board will commencing class 10 exams with English paper.
The MBOSE SSLC class 10 exams will be held from March 3 with English paper to March 17 for Indian languages paper. The exam will be held in offline mode for a duration of three hours. Students are required to reach the exam centre 30 minutes before the exam begins. All subject except vocational subjects carries 100 marks(each) in total, out of which, 80 marks are allotted for theory exam and 20 marks are fixed for internal assessment.

MBOSE SSLC exam day guidelines
- The examination halls will be opened at 9:30 AM.
- Question papers will be distributed to all candidates at 9:45 AM.
- Answer scripts will be distributed to all the candidates at 9:50 AM.
- Candidates can begin writing their exam paper at 10:00 AM.
- In the event of important announcement from the state or central government on dates coinciding with the programme, rescheduling of the examination programme if deemed necessary will be done.
- All COVID-19 protocols must be adhered to.
