The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will announce the NEET UG counselling 2026 round 2 dates soon on its official website at mcc.nic.in. The last date for the MCC NEET UG counselling 2026 round 1 college reporting is August 31. More than 20,000 MBBS and BDS seats have been allotted in round 1 counselling, as per the revised result PDF.
Candidates seeking admission to MBBS, BDS, and BSc Nursing programmes can download the NEET UG counselling round 1 allotment list through the official website.
Applicants have been advised to approach the allotted college or institute only after the declaration of the final result.
Those who will be allotted seats through the final NEET UG counselling 2026 round 1 allotment will have to complete the reporting process by August 31.
MCC NEET UG 2026 counselling is being held for admission to various UG medical programmes under the 15% All India Quota (AIQ) and 100% of seats in Deemed Universities, Central Universities, AIIMS, JIPMER and AFMC institutions.
MBBS aspirants can check the steps given below to download the NEET UG round 1 seat allotment result.
The NEET UG round 1 allotment list will include details such as All India rank allotted quota, institute, course, allotted category, candidate's category, and allotment status.

After the NEET UG round 1 allotment result, candidates will have two options to choose from apart from accepting the seat. Firstly, they can select the “float” option if they want other seat options in the subsequent counselling rounds.
If they choose the freeze option, they will get an upgraded seat in the upcoming rounds, and the previous seat will be cancelled and retired to the counselling pool.

No right to the allotted seat shall be conferred on the basis of the revised provisional result, and it shall not be open to challenge before any court of law.
