MCC NEET PG 2025 round 3 final results out; 10,084 fresh allotments, 8,589 upgrades

Download nowThe Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has published the final seat allotment results for the NEET PG round 3 counselling 2026. Candidates allotted seats have been notified that they can download their allotment letter from the official website, mcc.nic.in , and proceed with the online admission process.
Allotment details of NEET PG Rank 1 to 230087 (2 lakh) ranks have been listed in the MCC NEET PG round 3 final selection list. A total of 10,084 candidates have been allotted fresh seats in the round, of which 120 were AFMS rank holders. The MCC had revised the allotment earlier and removed two seats from the provisional list due to “technical issues and duplication of seats".
As per the MCC NEET PG allotment results , 8,589 candidates got their seats upgraded, while 7,094 did not get any upgrade. Of those who were offered seats in round 1 and round 2, a total of 3,450 did not opt for upgradation, and 7,899 did not fill choices. Additionally 4,578 candidates were not allotted any seats.
NEET PG round 3 college reporting
The MCC has instructed candidates to physically report to the allotted college starting from 12 noon on February 6. While college reporting for round 3 was scheduled from February 4 to 11, as per the latest notice published by the MCC, the admission process began two days later.
College reporting for round 3, scheduled to begin on February 4, got delayed by two days. While the last date to report to the allotted college was February 11, as per the revised schedule, the MCC is likely to extend the deadline to complete the admission process.
“Candidates are also advised to ensure that their admission letter is generated online through the MCC portal by the allotted college. Failing to do so, the admission will be treated as “Null & Void”,” it said.
