MCC revises state NEET UG 2025 counselling schedule; MBBS classes to start from September 5

Try NowThe Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has revised the state counselling schedule for the MBBS and BDS admissions for the academic year 2025-26. The round 1 NEET UG counselling for 85% state quota seats will now have to be completed by August 18.
The state-level counselling dates have been extended following the revision in the MCC NEET UG counselling schedule. The NEET UG seat allotment result 2025 for the All India Quota (AIQ), which was earlier scheduled to be declared on August 6, has now been postponed to August 9.
Meanwhile, states like Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Jharkhand have announced to declare the seat allotment results well in advance. The UP NEET seat allotment result is expected to be published shortly on the official website, upneet.gov.in. It was initially scheduled for August 5.
Jharkhand and MP NEET round 1 seat allotment 2025 results will also be announced today, August 6, as per the official schedule announced earlier.
Meanwhile, the Kerala Commissioner of Entrance Examinations ( CEE Kerala ) has uploaded its round 1 seat allotment for admission to undergraduate medical courses.
UP NEET merit list, CENTAC Puducherry state merit list have been revised after scrutiny of documents uploaded by students. Chhattisgarh has announced that it will upload the state merit list today.
In round 1 counselling, Himachal Pradesh has allotted 952 MBBS and BDS seats. The final allotment list will be published by Atal Medical and Research University on the official website, amruhp.ac.in, today.
